Reorder before the stock runs out
Inventory & Stock Automation by Deepzeta AI keeps stock in sync between your shop, warehouse and online store, alerts you when an item runs low and suggests what to reorder. AI forecasts demand from your sales history, so you can plan purchases ahead. It is for UAE retailers and online stores that hold stock in more than one place.

Before and after
Where stock counts drift
When the shop, the warehouse and the online store each keep their own count, the numbers drift apart. Then the guesswork starts: what is left, and what to reorder. Here is what changes once stock is synced.
| Today | With Deepzeta AI |
|---|---|
| The shop, the warehouse and the online store each show a different count. | Stock stays in sync between your shop, warehouse and online store. |
| An item sells online after the last one has left the shop floor. | A sale in one place updates the count everywhere, so the online store shows what you have. |
| You learn an item has run out when a customer asks for it. | A low-stock alert reaches you while there is still time to reorder. |
| Reorders are worked out by hand from shelf counts and memory. | Automatic reorder suggestions show what to buy, for you to check and approve. |
| Purchases for busy seasons are planned on instinct. | AI forecasts demand from your sales history, so you can plan purchases ahead. |
Example flow
How stock stays in sync
Inventory & Stock Automation connects every place you hold or sell stock, so each sale and delivery updates one shared count. Alerts, reorder suggestions and forecasts all work from that count. Here is one example flow for a fashion boutique with a shop, a warehouse and an online store; yours follows your own items and channels.
- · New stock is booked inA delivery of dresses arrives at the warehouse and is booked in, so every channel sees the new count.
- · A sale in the shopA customer buys a dress in the shop, and the online store’s count drops with it.
- · A low-stock alertStock of that dress falls below the level you set, and the shop manager gets a low-stock alert.
- · A reorder is suggestedA reorder suggestion shows what to buy and how many, for the manager to check and approve.
- · The forecast looks aheadAI reads the boutique’s sales history and forecasts demand, so purchases for the next season can be planned.

Decision aid
Is stock automation right for you?
Inventory & Stock Automation suits any business that holds stock in more than one place, or sells it through more than one channel. These questions help you decide whether to start with sync, alerts or forecasting.
A good fit for
- Shops that also sell online and need one stock count for both
- Retailers with a warehouse or stockroom behind the shop floor
- Online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build that hold their own stock
- Have you sold an item online that was already out of stock?
- Then stock sync keeps the online store’s count in line with the shop and the warehouse.
- Do you find out an item has run out when a customer asks for it?
- Then low-stock alerts tell you while there is still time to reorder.
- Is reordering worked out by hand from shelf counts?
- Then reorder suggestions do the first draft, and your team approves what gets bought.
- Do you sell from one place, with stock you can see at a glance?
- Then a simple stock list may serve you for now, and the free AI audit will show where automation pays back first.
Set up for UAE shops and stores
- Alerts on WhatsApp: low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions reach your team on the channel it already uses, with email as a back-up.
- Arabic and English: item names are kept as written in either language, and alerts can go out in both.
- A person decides: reorder suggestions stay suggestions, and what gets bought is always your team’s call.
- Data rules from day one: who can see and change stock and sales records, and how long they are kept, agreed before launch.

FAQ
Questions about stock automation
What shop and store owners ask first: cost, timing, systems, forecasts and who decides.
How much does inventory and stock automation cost?
Inventory & Stock Automation is priced after a free AI audit, because the cost depends on where your stock lives. The main drivers are how many places you hold or sell stock, which systems hold the counts today, and whether you add AI demand forecasting. The audit ends with a written summary, next steps and a quote.
How long does it take to get our stock in sync?
We confirm a timeframe after the free AI audit, once we have seen how your stock is recorded today. Syncing one shop with one online store is a smaller job than joining several locations, a warehouse and an ERP. Stock counts are checked with you before the sync goes live, so every channel starts from the right numbers.
Which store and accounting systems can the stock sync connect?
The stock sync connects online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build with the stock in your shop and warehouse. If your counts or purchases are kept in Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero or SAP Business One, the sync can read them from there. The free AI audit confirms how your own systems connect before anything is built.
How accurate is the AI demand forecast?
We don’t quote an accuracy figure, because a forecast depends on your own sales history and how steady your demand is. AI forecasts demand from your past sales, so the forecast is a guide for planning purchases, not a promise. Comparing it with what actually sells shows you how far to rely on it.
Does the system place orders with suppliers by itself?
No: Inventory & Stock Automation suggests reorders, and a person on your team decides what is bought. Each suggestion shows the item and the quantity to reorder, for you to check, change or approve. If you want purchase requests routed through approval chains with a full audit trail, Task & Approval Workflows adds that.
Can stock alerts and item names be in Arabic?
Yes: low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions can be sent in Arabic, English or both, set for each person who receives them. Item names written in Arabic are kept as written, next to their English names. Whichever language an item is listed in, it shares one stock count across every channel.
What data does the forecasting use, and who sees it?
The AI demand forecast uses your sales history and stock records, not your customers’ personal details. Retention and access rules come with every automation project we build, along with a record of what data each AI step uses. You decide which staff can see sales figures and change stock counts.
