Sales follow-up that runs itself and stops when leads reply
Sales Follow-Up & Nurture Sequences by Deepzeta AI keep in touch with each lead through a series of WhatsApp, email and SMS messages. The next message depends on how the lead responds, and the sequence stops by itself when they reply or book. It is for UAE businesses whose leads need more than one message before they decide.

Before and after
Why leads go cold
A lead who doesn’t answer the first message isn’t always a lost lead. But following up by hand slips when the team is busy, and some leads never hear back. Compare that with a sequence that runs itself.

| Follow-up depends on a salesperson finding time to send it. | Each lead gets the next message on time, on WhatsApp, email or SMS. |
| One reminder goes out, then the lead hears nothing more. | Follow-ups continue step by step, on the schedule you set. |
| Every lead gets the same message, whatever they did last. | Each lead takes its own path, based on how they respond. |
| Leads who already replied or booked still get chased. | The sequence stops by itself when the lead replies or books. |
Example flow
How a follow-up sequence runs
A sequence is a planned series of messages. It starts when a lead enters it and ends when the lead replies, books or reaches the last step. Each step has a channel, a message and a wait time, and each response can send the lead down a different path. Here is one example for a course enquiry.
- · A course enquiry goes quietA parent asks about a coding course on your website, then doesn’t answer the first reply.
- · A WhatsApp follow-upAfter the wait you set, a WhatsApp message shares the course dates and asks one simple question.
- · The path changesThe parent taps the timetable link but doesn’t book, so the next step offers a call instead.
- · Still no replyThe call offer goes unanswered, so an email with the full course outline follows, then a short SMS.
- · A reply stops itThe parent replies with a question, so the sequence stops and a person from your team takes over.

Do you need follow-up sequences?
Sales Follow-Up & Nurture Sequences suit businesses whose leads take time to decide, or go quiet after the first reply. Nurture sequences are a best-fit automation for education and training. These questions also show when a marketing campaign fits better than a sequence.
A good fit for
- Education and training providers following up on course enquiries
- Businesses whose sale needs more than one conversation before the client decides
- Teams with more leads than they can follow up by hand
- Businesses that score leads and want cold ones nurtured, not dropped
- Do leads go quiet after your first reply?
- Then a sequence keeps the conversation open, with nobody setting reminders by hand.
- Do you message one lead at a time, or a whole list at once?
- One lead at a time, based on what they did, is a sequence. A whole list at once is a campaign, the job of Email & WhatsApp Marketing Automation.
- Does your team already call back every lead that goes quiet?
- Then a sequence can cover the leads they miss on busy days, and hand back any lead who replies.
- Do you get only a few leads, each handled personally?
- Then personal follow-up may serve you better for now. A free AI audit shows where automation pays back first.

Follow a lead through a workflow
The workflow explorer will let you choose an industry and follow a lead from the first message to a booked appointment. We are still building it, and it arrives in a later update of this site.
Sequences for UAE leads
- The lead’s own channel: each lead hears from you on WhatsApp, email or SMS, whichever they used to reach you.
- Arabic and English: each message can be written in both, matched to the language the lead used.
- Consent wording in each sequence, and a lead who asks to stop is removed from it straight away.
- Any reply reaches a person: the automated messages end, and your team picks up the conversation.

FAQ
Questions about follow-up sequences
What teams ask before automating follow-up: cost, timing, tone, Arabic and opt-outs.
How much do automated follow-up sequences cost?
The cost depends on your sequences, so we price them after a free AI audit. The drivers are how many sequences and paths you need, which channels each one uses, and where your leads come from. Writing messages in Arabic and English, and connecting your CRM and calendar, also shape the build.
How soon can our first sequence be running?
There is no standard timeframe: we set one after the free AI audit, when your sequences are mapped. A single WhatsApp sequence for one kind of enquiry is a smaller build than branching sequences across WhatsApp, email and SMS. You can start with one sequence and add more once you see how your leads respond.
Won’t automatic follow-ups annoy our leads?
Not if they stop at the right moment and are easy to leave. Every sequence ends as soon as the lead replies or books, so nobody is chased after answering. You set how many steps there are and how far apart they go out, and each message offers a simple way to opt out.
What starts a sequence, and what stops it?
A sequence starts when a lead fills in a website form, reaches a stage in your CRM, or doesn’t answer a first reply. It stops when the lead replies, books or opts out, with bookings read from Cal.com, Google Calendar or Outlook. Sequences connect to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Odoo.
Can a sequence message Arabic-speaking leads in Arabic?
Yes: each message can be written in Arabic and English, and the sequence sends the version that matches the lead. A lead who first wrote to you in Arabic keeps hearing from you in Arabic. Both versions are written for your business, not translated word for word.
How are consent and opt-outs handled in a sequence?
Every sequence includes consent wording, and an opt-out removes the lead from every step that follows. Retention and access rules are agreed with you before launch, so you decide how long message history is kept and which of your staff can read it.
Who writes the messages, and can we change them later?
We draft the messages with you, in your tone, and nothing goes out until you approve it. The sequences run in your own accounts, so they are yours to keep. Messages can be edited, or a sequence paused, whenever your offer changes.
